I grew up in North Carolina. I had heard of the NCSA and went there for a college recruitment seminar in my senior year of high school. But it wasn't until I moved to New York that I discovered how many creative people had come out of the school. I had photographed a few of the graduates and from them I started to hear these stories about all of these great people going to school in NC. I wanted to give myself a project to photograph past students and students currently attending the NCSA. I have always been curious how artist find their way through life. I had a great time meeting all of the artist and I hope one day to get these published.
